CRAIG FOX: Lead Guitar & Vocals

Craig's musical career was off to an early start when his grandparents bought him a guitar at the age of ten. This prompted his parents to invest in guitar lessons and the rest is history.

While working off-Broadway as a stage electrician and teaching guitar lessons, Craig spent a bunch of years arranging and playing original songs in a duo, performing in wine and cheese places --the mid-80's version of today's coffeehouses. Over the years, the duo grew into the band Sunset, recording their original material while continuing to perform for anyone who would listen. Unfortunately for the world at large, Sunset split up in the early 90's.

Craig spent a number of years touring with the Big Apple Circus as an electrician/spotlight operator and eventually served as the show's Lot Supervisor. Currently, when not rehearsing or performing with Project Mercury, Craig spends his time working for a prominent Theatrical and Architectural Lighting company with an office in New York City.

Craig has been onboard this spaceship since January '03! He and Marian collaborated on one of PM's signature songs,
"In The Moment." His influences include The Jayhawks, Ray LaMontagne, Cheryl Wheeler and R.E.M.
